This ancient tree located 7.5km south of Yangshuo and only 1.5 Km from Dragon River Retreat. It is 1400 years old and one of the main scenic attractions in Yangshuo .This tree is famous for its beautifully twisted roots , exuberant growth of branches and leaves, with a primitive simplicity. Especially,this tree is seen in the movie Liusanjie ,in which Sister Liu threw an embroidered ball to Brother Aniu as a sign of love. That's why lovers and tourists, filled with affection, love taking pictures together in front of this old Banyan. Under the tree, there is an ancient ferry crossing. Cutting across the river, you are surrounded by fascinating mountains, wonderful caves and green bamboo trees. A great place for exploring.
